Carry-In Repair
Carry-In repair is our bread and butter! Bring in your computer anytime during business hours and we will check you in, take a $65 diagnostic charge, and get your device on the bench right away. Diagnostics are typically completed in just 1-2 business days, at which time we will call you with a repair estimate. If you approve the repair your $65 diagnostic fee is deducted from the total!
Data Transfer
Getting a new computer? Our data transfer service makes it simple to get up and running. We will install your apps, transfer your files, bookmarks, saved passwords and even download the drivers for your printer, all for $160. Most transfers are done in just one business day.
On-Site Services
Can’t bring your device to us? We’ll go to you! On-site service is available at your home or business. We will schedule a convenient time and arrive with the tools and expertise to resolve your issues, starting at $130.
Remote Assistance
Getting an annoying pop up or having trouble accessing your email? As long as your computer can turn on and connect to the Internet, we can connect remotely and help you out of a jam, starting at $32.50.
Consulting
We offer IT consulting on projects big and small. Need a reliable network for your home, business, or apartment building? We can design and install it!
