Do I need to make an appointment to bring in my computer?
No, we perform repairs in the order they arrived.
Can you fix my device while I wait?
In some cases we may have a quick solution to your problem, which we will gladly perform on the spot, however most repairs will need to be checked in and left with us for diagnostics.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring the power supply (charger) for your laptop. For desktop repair we only need the computer itself (no cables, keyboard, mouse, or monitors).
Do I need to back up my data before coming in?
It’s always a good idea to have your data backed up, but we will never delete your data without discussing it first.
How long will my repair take?
That depends on what we need to do and if we need to order parts. Once we have completed diagnostics we will contact you with this information.
Do you fix printers?
No, unfortunately printer repairs are rarely cost effective and we no longer offer them.
